Each year, the North Carolina Gamma Chapter of the Sigma Phi Epsilon Fraternity awards three merit scholarships worth $1500 to three freshman men who best exemplify the positive attributes of a leader, a scholar, an athlete, and a gentleman. To qualify for this scholarship, you must be a full-time, male Duke University freshman who completed high school with at least a 3.5 GPA.
